Saturday BBQ
Woohoo I think I am finally back to blogging. It's getting pretty boring at home but I'm going to be busy real soon. I hope the The Animal Clinics calls gives me the job at their clinic! My piano lessons are also starting soon. At last, after stopping for a year, I'm continuing my piano again! Praise the Lord! HAha
It's rare that Kim yein ask me out nowadays because she is always working. Since she dated me out on friday, I'll go out with her and in the evening with the gals. Then on saturday, there will be a BBQ over at my house. I'm estimating about 50 over guests! Lots and lots of Prezzies! There will be both doctors and nurses so those who are finding for a doctor husband, this is the party to be at! Okay, I'm just kidding! There is always one problem about having guests over at my house and that is- KIDS. They will be screaming and running around and may just break a few stuffs here and there. Oh man, that's why I don't like kids. The only kids I will ever like are my own, my sister's and my friends' children. If the kids coming to my house on sat happens to feed my babies nonsenses, I can't imagine what I'll do. I think I won't hesitate to throw them out of my house or whack them really hard(Like my mum will ever allow me to do so). As long those kids behave like angels and stay away from me. I guess everything will be just fine! I know I sound kinds scary! Muhaha!
All the food will be prepared by everyone else and my family won't need to prepare anything. But my mum has decided to cook her speciality-fried glass noodles. It's really delicious. Also, my friends will be coming for the BBQ and I'm really worried that there may not be enough. So, we will be getting some food for ourselves and steal the rest from my mum's side as well. Muhaha! We are almost broke. After this festive season, I can see a huge hole in my wallet! AHHHHHHH!Need to start getting a job to finance myself. Piano lesson for Grade 8 is getting more expensive too. Well, money don't just fall from the sky, we have to work for it! So that is what I am going to do! *Eleanor you can do it*
Oh since I am having so many guests over at my house this sat, I am forced to pack up my room. All my notes and files are still lying around the house after the exams. Guess I'm really L-A-Z-Y!
Lastly, for those who wants to watch this story about forgiveness and it's a really good one, you can get it from Music Junction at Jurong Point. It's called "The End of The Spear". Pastor Chris Ho from my church camp recommended it to us. I wanted to buy the DVD but it's code 1 which means it's imported so it's pretty expensive. I hope I can find the Code 3 version instead.
Oh yes, I went for an interview at the zoo 2 days ago and huiting accompanied me there. Surprising it was quite near my house and it took like only 30 min to get there(including waiting time). It had been a long time since we visited the zoo and both of us wanted to go in lah! It's quite exciting! Haha! Anyway, I had an interview immediately after filling in the job application form and it was my very first interview! It felt great! But, I don't think they wanna employ me. Sad. It's because I can't really work on sat and sun since I have church. They rather employ those who can work on weekends since the crowds are usually on those days. Well, I'll just let the Lord lead the way. If it's meant to be, it will happen. Trust Him and have faith in Him and he will lead the way.
